Lao Cuisine Pop-Up at The Kinmel, Abergele
The Kinmel in Abergele are hosting an Asian street food pop-up this summer, fronted by Steph Rainbow (Auntie Banh Mi from London) and award winning cocktail barteneder Shiv Lal.
Auntie At The Terrace will be serving traditional and modern Lao plates, such as Lao fried chicken and Nem Nuong. Read the menu’s here.
I stopped by for a quick lunch and ordered the Lao fried chicken wings, and they were absolutely delicious! I highly recommend ordering this if it’s on the menu.
The Kinmel are currently open 12-3 daily and 6-9 every Friday & Saturday. When I visited, Steph mentioned that the menu will be chnaged every 6-8 weeks to give everyone the opportunity to try something new.
